The first five words that come to mind when holding and feeling into the energy of Chrysoprase are: Loving, Compassion, Caring, Grace, and Forgiveness.

Story & How To Use:

Chrysoprase has very gentle, loving, and nurturing energy. I have felt most called to use it throughout my pregnancy and now as a mother. It has helped with opening my heart up to the infinite love within me to pour into our son and to nurture myself along the way. 

To use, place a chrysoprase over your heart chakra during a meditation. Focus your attention on the space of your heart and allow yourself to feeling all the love within you. If your intention is to embody more love, allow yourself to remember what that feels like in your meditation and then as you enter the world set the intention on how you can create more embodiment of that love you felt during your meditation. That could be as simple as hugging a tree, hugging your mother, or a small act of kindness to the person at checkout.
