Our Return Policy

We are so confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase of healing crystals from us that we offer a 7-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, you can return it for an exchange or a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for returns and refunds, all items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. For exchanges, please also include your order number and contact information.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team by email at customersupport@lovingthyselfrocks.com within 7 days of receiving your product to process your return request.

Once we receive your request and returned items we will process your return within 5 business days.
