Returns and exchanges

We are confident you will be happy with your crystals. If you are not, you have 7 days from the day your order arrives to return it for an exchange or a refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at lovingthyselfrocks@gmail.com. Tell us what you would like to send back and whether you want an exchange or a refund.
  2. Include your order number and your contact information. This matters most for exchanges, because we need to know where the replacement is going.
  3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used, damaged or separated from their packaging.
  4. We process your return within 5 business days of receiving both your request and the returned items.

What we can and cannot take back

Everything needs to come back in its original condition and packaging to be eligible.

These are not currently eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Books

Shipping costs

Shipping fees cannot be refunded. The cost of the item comes back to you, the cost of getting it to you does not.

The safety recall is separate

If you have one of the recalled crystal glass cups, the 7 day window does not apply to you. Go to our safety recall page and register there, however long ago you bought it.
