Start in the right place

We sell in a few places and they do not talk to each other. Sending your question to the right one gets you an answer much faster.

You ordered on this website

Email us or use the form below. Include your order number and we can pull it up straight away.

You ordered on Etsy

Message us through Etsy instead. Open your order there and use Contact the shop. That attaches your order to the message, so we can see exactly what you bought without hunting for it.

You bought on an Instagram live sale

Email us. Include the name on your invoice and roughly which night you bought, and we will find it.

Answers you can get right now

Send us a message

If you would rather fill in a form than write an email, use this.

This is where our reply will go, so please check it twice.

We use what you send here only to answer you.
