Story & How To Use:
I was first ever drawn to Eudialyte at a gem show. I had never heard of it at the time and my heart gravitated towards a special piece. If you have begun your journey into crystal healing, I'm sure you have had a similar situation! You may not know why in that moment that you gravitated towards it, but knew that it was yours. Interestingly enough, I wasn't called to actually work with it until a year or two later. I began working with eudialyte at a time when I was opening my heart to a deep love for others that I didn't know existed. I began becoming more conscious and aware of when I was around people and the love I was capable of sharing with them, even when my heart wanted to close. This healing was beyond profound. It's really as simple as giving someone a conscious hug that comes from a place in your heart of love that immediately impacts both you and the persons day. Love is so beyond powerful and it's what allows us to feel, connect, and experience one another from a place of wholeness, understanding, empathy, compassion, and care. Eudialyte helped me activate my heart and energetically release walls that I had built up over years over my heart.
Take time out of your day to hold space in your heart chakra. Go within, either lying down or siting up, and place the eudialyte on your heart. Focus your attention on your heart. Think of someone you really love. Imagine giving them a hug. How does that feel? Continue spreading this love from your heart to the next person, next, and next. Then, next time you are with someone practice doing just what you visioned in your meditation that made you feel that love and open your heart back up to love.
