Story & How To Use:
Every time I work with garnierite it always activates my heart. I tend to feel pretty emotional when I wear it, however, it's always for the better. I notice it helps me feel more love, compassion, and wholeness within myself and towards others. I don't always know in the moment why I will feel the way I do in my heart, but typically that day or as days go by, I am given the answer. If you are feeling your heart may need to be open again, garnierite is a great stone to activate that love within you.
I feel having an intention is very beneficial when using garnierite as it activates the heart in a very powerful way. Maybe your intention is to open your heart to love, be more compassionate, or heal from grief. Whatever your intention may be, take some time to meditate with garnierite on your heart space. Feel your intention with a new energy of love. If your intention is to open your heart to love more, imagine and feel what that would look like for you. Create more love by embodying that love within you first and carry that radiant love with you throughout your day. Carrying garnierite in your pocket, bra, or as a jewelry with you will also help activate and amplify that intention you created in your meditation.

I have many crystal books and this one by far is my favorite. I love the layout and how it breaks down each type of healing: spiritual, physical, and emotional. I also love the health remedies section and the intuition information as well as the section on using crystals with your pets.
