Story & How To Use:
Every time I have been drawn to howlite, it has always been a time of deep emotional healing/releasing, which then allows me to go back to the place of inner peace. Howlite is amazing for encouraging emotional expression and stabilizing your emotions. If you are being shown traumas brought forth to your consciousness and aren't experiencing it in the now, know that it's coming up to be observed, felt, and released. Life is always happening for you, when we resist what's being shown it shows up time and time again. Howlite is beautiful for helping you navigate and move through those deep emotions.
Hold a howlite in your hand (or cupped in both) during a meditation. Close your eyes and focus your attention and energy on the howlite. Practice just observing your mind as thoughts come and go or if emotions arise allow yourself to feel them. In the stillness you become aware of you. The howlites energy will help guide the way.

Best crystal book out there!
I have many crystal books and this one by far is my favorite. I love the layout and how it breaks down each type of healing: spiritual, physical, and emotional. I also love the health remedies section and the intuition information as well as the section on using crystals with your pets.
