Lemurian Meaning and Healing Properties
The first five words that come to mind when holding and feeling into the energy of Lemurian are: Healing, Regeneration, Expansion, Amplifier, and Divinity.
Story & How To Use:
Lemurian has always been a crystal that has intrigued me since the beginning. It was one of the very first crystals I held and had an experience with. One of the most incredible things I have ever witnessed using a lemurian was when my mother and sister got into a car accident. As I am leaving to head to the hospital,I do what any normal person would, grab all the crystals to help my family during a time of healing. When I got to the hospital, my sister couldn't move one of her arms and at this time my mother was already in the room taking care of her, along with the nurses and doctors. We held the lemurian on her shoulder where the area was most stiff and stagnant in energy. The energy of the lemurian got hot quickly, and shortly after her arm started making movement! It wasn't completely healed, but it did show incredible improvement relatively quickly. What was even more amazing, was I gave my mother a lemurian that night to put on her large bruise on her knee. Typically, it would take several months for my mothers bruises to heal, however, this time was different. She placed the lemurian over her knee with the intention of helping it heal overnight. That morning, she woke up and her bruise had the lemurian marking where she had the lemurian and that area was completely healed and the bruise still surrounding it! I wish I still had the picture because this was so surreal!

Crystal Pairings
Lemurian can be paired with any crystal to amplify their energies and the intentions you place with it. Lemurians are incredibly healing and I have found pair well with amber in times of healing through physical injuries. Lemurian can help release any stuck or stagnant energy in the body, which can bring up deep emotional healing. During this time, I would recommend using a rose quartz and smoky quartz to remind yourself that it's safe to feel those feelings, all is well.
Feng Shui
Avoid placing lemurian near or on your window seal, so there isn't direct sunlight coming through. Bathrooms are a place of cleansing, rejuvenating, and renewal energy, which makes lemurians a beautiful space to place in your home! It is also safe in water! Lemurians are one that I recommend everyone has as their "first-aid kit" for crystals! Keep one in your purse and zen den!

Precautions:
Lemurian is sensitive to light, just like clear quartz. Please be careful when using in direct sunlight, as it can ignite a fire. I have seen it happen first hand at gem shows! You can use it however to cleanse or charge outside for 5-10 minutes and it seems to be okay!

Best crystal book out there!
I have many crystal books and this one by far is my favorite. I love the layout and how it breaks down each type of healing: spiritual, physical, and emotional. I also love the health remedies section and the intuition information as well as the section on using crystals with your pets.
