Lepidolite was a crystal I was guided to use during my healing of PTSD. I remember feeling really anxious, confused, and dissociated with myself. Lepidolite is the number one crystal I recommend for anyone who is going through PTSD, anxiety, trauma, emotional anger, tension, or stress.
