Lepidolite was a crystal I was guided to use during my healing of PTSD. I remember feeling really anxious, confused, and dissociated with myself. As I went within, started to breathe slowly, I focused my attention and energy in the space of my lepidolite. I immediately started to feel a sense of comfort, safety, and inner peace. Lepidolite is the number one crystal I recommend for anyone who is going through PTSD, anxiety, trauma, emotional anger, tension, or stress. It helps calm your nervous system by soothing the nerves and reminds you the love in your heart you have for yourself and others. Everything is going to be okay.
