In my life I have always felt the most attracted to sunstone in times when I was depressed or my mood was down. I have found when I work with sunstone I begin to feel more joy and direct myself towards what brings me joy to lighten my mood or even enjoy some laughter.
Meditate with sunstone and imagine the last time you were truly happy. What experience did that look and feel like to you? How can you bring more of that into your life now? Once you get out of your meditation, choose then what you'd like to do to experience more joy, laughter, and optimism!
